This white bread is made with a set of gluten-free flours. I use millet, tapioca, sorghum flour, whole psyllium husks, and yeast.
This product is gluten-free but made in a kitchen where I use normal flour that contains wheat.
When you are gluten intolerant this bread will work. When you have celiac, please be careful with ordering it.
Ingredients: Water, Millet Flour, Tapioca Starch, Sorghum Flour, Olive Oil, Sugar, Whole Psyllium Husk, Active Dry Yeast, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Egg (for egg wash)
Not vegan, but I can omit the egg wash on top of the bread. Send me a request.
