This ciabatta bread is made with gluten-free flour. I use millet, tapioca, sorghum flour, whole psyllium husks, and yeast.
This product is gluten-free but made in a kitchen where I use normal flour that contains wheat.
When you are gluten intolerant this bread will work. When you have celiac, please be careful with ordering it.
